orbi router not connecting to satellite or unable to sync Orbi to satellite

Sync Orbi with satellite, to cover slow or no wifi coverage area at home or office. If Orbi not connected to satellite or Orbi satellite fails to sync with Orbi router. When connecting Orbi to satellite it creates a single WiFi network that gives full coverage.

Instructions To Manually Sync Orbi Router To Satellite

  1. Switch On Orbi WiFi, and using ethernet cable connect it to modem.
  2. Do bring Orbi satellites as close as your orbi router.
  3. Check the power LED on satellite, if not solid white. Press ON/OFF on satellite.

Note: White LED on satellite indicates, booting is done and now can sync satellite with Orbi router.

  1. At the rear of the satellite, Press sync button for some time( a few seconds). This will take approximately 2-3 minutes to connect orbi satellite with router.
  2. Now you can change the position of Orbi router, ensure that LED light on Orbi satellite remains blue. ( indicates good connectivity).
